Christine is a nationally recognized, award-winning political strategist. She is the co-founder of Strategic Elements, a public affairs and campaign consulting firm based in Des Moines Iowa. Christine specializes in early primary state strategies, multi-state campaign operations, digital strategies and online mobilization.
Christine is a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest companies. She has served as a senior advisor and strategists to the American Medical Association's Voice for the Uninsured campaign, the ONE Campaign, Strong American Schools ED in '08, and on a variety of the issue initiatives including energy, telecommunications, agriculture, and technology. She was named national social media director and regional public affairs field director for T. Boone Pickens’ Pickens Plan energy independence initiative. Christine has served worked with the Partnership for a New American Economy since 2011 serving for two years as the National Field Director and currently as the Campaign Manager.
During her work in 2008 for the Pickens Plan, Stineman pioneered many of the online mobilization strategies used in today's modern digital campaigns. She is a sought-after speaker and advisor to national advocacy organizations on how to build and engage constituencies online and offline
Christine is the recipient of the 2009 Reed Award from Campaigns and Elections Magazine and “Pollies” from the American Association of Political Consultants in 2009 and 2014.
